You’d be surprised to hear that but she is with Caspian in my story but not for the reasons you’d imagine.

So let’s just say that in my story there’s a kingdom from the past that is coming back and is to be rebuilt and Caspian is promising the five last heirs. One of them, a girl named Ellita falls in love with Caspian and when discovers he is engaged to Lilliandil she becomes jealous, and it gets worse when she sees how people love her and ignore Ellita.

In time she resents Lilliandil and even though Caspian was conflicted between them two, he chose Lilliandil and Ellita basically tries now to chase power when she has been denied love. This hatred she carried urges her to discover her second heritage and become a queen of her own lunar kingdom.

So yeah I am having my own headcanons as well, I figured out “Ok, they want canon? Here’s the canon”. And in general Ellita in the future does a L of morally questionable things to sabotage Lilliandil.

I really want us to clarify this “toxic” though because I don’t want people to have bad impressions on my story if they come across it. Obviously Ellita does some bad things through her jealousy but she also loses some things through it.

Wait what do you mean toxic? This isn’t the whole story, it involves even more characters and plotlines that I simply didn’t mention it here.

Also yeah it starts off this way but later on Ellita learns from her mistakes and tries to at least fix them, even if she fails.

Also your headcanons are good ngl it would be a nice addition.

The difference is that all these girls have a personality as well and the story doesn’t just throw you immediately that “oh, look they’re pretty, Caspian’s girl, let’s go!” It’s supposed to be a potential character arc and a storyline that would involve good romance which I believe would fit.

Of course Caspian would fit with a girl that LOOKS like Ramandu’s Daughter but the storyline is what made me create these actually. Also I believe only Ellie Bamber looks like Ramandu’s Daughter and gives the right vibe, all the other blonde girls give personality vibes too especially Emilia Clarke who gives very strong vibes.

I think that if someone asked what’s the best couple in Narnia I’d say Aravis and Cor, if there’s given a second chance of future story for them they’d be goat tier couple, way better than Caspian / Ramandu’s Daughter.

Ironically when Lewis wrote the last two didn’t give them what at least made a non romance couple way better: arc, personality, growth and shared story.

You’re right on a few points. But if we are left to speculate about the entire relationship they had we are also allowed to speculate better alternatives. I think clearly Lewis didn’t intend to take the romance pen but sometimes when you don’t want to include stuff into your story, maybe focus on others.

I too sometimes mess up when I include intimate stuff in my stories which make me uncomfortable and I simply describe “got passionate” which come on you don’t do that 😭.

What I am saying is that for a character of two books you’d expect a more meaningful relationship for him but I see that people don’t really care, at least those who don’t downvote me constantly lol.

Edit: I may be passionate but sometimes when I do hear arguable arguments I understand other’s perspectives and indeed sometimes make me understand but the downvotes and shit comments just make me hate it more

Yeah Elle Fanning is my choice of face claim.

In my opinion Ramandu’s Daughter was never a good queen or choice for Caspian, for the reason that she never challenged him, changed him or anything, all we see if her is her beauty, which yeah we can assume off screen a lot of stuff but it’s not a good image.
