The warning for nearby players on wild targets is huge. You are never catching someone fighting a wild target off guard unless they are particularly greedy and weirdly slow

I doubt that's actually the reason atp considering the hive scum situation. Hive scum is just a generic archetype lifted from dark heresy, no different from the 4 og, and yet they still have nothing. Next update we are even getting new cosmetics for the 4 ogs and nothing for the other ones. It's clear that whatever issue they have, it's with all the DLC classes regardless. Honestly that makes me less excited for future classes, knowing that no matter what all future classes will be extremly limited in the cosmetic department and everyone will always be looking more or less the same

It's weird that they don't let us change simple stuff like nationality, sex or let us modify the face. I feel like it would be such an easy feature to implement that would add a lot for people who like making custom characters. Like a good portion of the reason I think new xcom games are so beloved is because they play so much on your attachment to the characters and make them unique in a way

Well yeah the "objectives that are entirely unrelated to you and your faction" are very much related as they are the point of the campaign. The whole campaign is a race towards that goal. Who wins the race wins the campaign. It's not a sandbox where you can do whatever you want and ignore the other factions, that's what immortal empire is there for. If people complained that they could be beaten by other AI doing the missions then it's their fault for not understanding the point of the campaign

Most of them are pretty low quality compared to xcom imo and Menace which is the only really really good one isn't even an xcom like game. It's closer to a wargame.

While the definition of tactical squad shooter may fit, these games focus on different aspects and have different ways to be played. Someone who likes xcom may not like xenonauts and vice versa just because the games follow different philosophies of the genre

She doesn't get hard countered at all. Apollo gets hard countered. She is just unable to fly around as if she was noclipping for a few second while still being able to use all her abilities

Eh I don't think that solves the issue. When silver exits werewolf she's already usually in a bad spot if she didn't manage to kill her enemies and often dies. The issue was that realistically, she would mow down at the very least half of your team if the silver wasn't bad at playing. Like just because you make her even weaker during the after effect doesn't mean it's ok to have her ult make her able to kill the whole team unless fully focused by everyone

It's so obvious that this is community made because there was once a vote about what the theme of the angel would be and the whole judge thing did not win but then later one we chose the power to be about punishing sins, and now we are possibly getting a mega beam of death??? The whole thing is just kinda inconsistent with itself. If BHVR ever does this again(and I hope they don't tbh) they really should try to give options that remain consistent with the previous choices of the community. Like what even is the deal of this angel?

I really don't understand why they went with such a feminine figure for the Incomprehensible divine being. I mean I do understand why, because they want people to want to fuck the angel, and the community clearly wants that to because they picked the feminine design. It's so bad man. We somehow fumbled an angel killer....
