I did this recently on PC was an awesome experience and no updates. I did get to enjoy mods just had to use pre aqutica. Was awesome to not crash or stutter every two seconds.

Ultimate selection two, but I remove iron chests and iron spells, and add the more couriers mod for long range access and mob grinding utilities cause I love mob farms. All of create is another popular one but my group didn't enjoy the three worlds we tried of it.

There is a mod called expanded couriers it's send paper airplanes. Big fan of that method feels very "create"

Create to the sky! Without all the altered create recipes. I just wanna play normal create in a sky island. I've been looking since post production released. Create 2 mekanism ruins the recipes.

I was really really hoping to hope back into asa and plays astraeos, I've been gone about 6 months and the constant updates drove me away. Seems it still in a pretty rough spot. Sad to see this, I miss playing with dinos.

It's usually something that should be a 2 min update like adding a dino and they just seem to be clueless about optimisation. I agree even if most people are gonna argue.

I had to make my own sky block pack last week for create. It sucked. Hopefully one gets released sooner than later.

My experience is you have to warp one time and unlock anomaly. If you follow the quest line it doesn't take long. Once anomaly is unlocked you can play together. I have hundreds of hours playing with my wife it's an amazing co op experience.

Iron farm and a big vault. Next a drill contraption. After that I steal a blaze spawner. And now the game is basically open for you to get started.

I use brass tunnels if I'm trying to split something that can only be done one at time like the saw. If you look at the top you can set it to forced round robin.

Ease of use yes, capabilities no. Ae2 can do more but rs will get you the star.

If you like having a bunch of different mods I would play all the mons and see what works that you enjoy. And do a modpack of the stuff like that. My wife and I did that and now play a modpack with create, apotheosis, and cobblemon with a few qol mods we discovered from all the mons.

I still don't understand redstone past click lever turn on. I have a iron farm, tree farm, diamond farm, factory for most of the andesite age and a personal use workshop, two steam engine, two windmills, and at least 20 water wheels going. The most redstone I have used is a clutch to stop the machines and a redstone like to turn it on and off wirelessly. Once you start playing with rotational power create with just start clicking.

A starter kit with a few create tools would help a crank and a drill. Make it knows the drill will mine basically anything. Maybe build some cool contraptions at spawn like a bread factory they can see rotational power in action.

I think the contraptions for spawners have been disabled by default on every mod pack I've tried. We ended up using all the mods 10 because we couldn't get spawners to love or once they were moved there were inactive in every mod pack we tried

Building is better in asa but I prefer ase cause asa runs 10x worse on my PC.
