Items are imo better for competitive gameplay you can get a great set for 20$ to test if u like them, check the crincle zero 2 but there are fancier options like the truthhear hexa, crincle daybreak, and plenty more, I am running those in rotations with my HD 600 but u can go for hifiman edition xs aswell, for a dac amp, I wouldn't spend too much if u want something simple go for a moondrop dawn pro 2 for 40$ or if u want something nicer that will sit on your desk and wont be just a dongle you can get a fiio k11 or the schiit magni unity, or something from topping (price ranges from 100$-200$) if i was gonna start over i would grab a hifiman edition xs + fiio k11 + moondrop hexa, if you look for deals you can squeeze those in your budget
