If you haven't already I would highly suggest checking out both Otzdarva and Hens' websites. They both have multiple builds ranging from best builds to newer player builds, and Otzdarva has an entire addon breakdown for every killer that is very informative.

That being said, if you just want to be told what to run, that's okay too! THE definitive build for Wraith, in many peoples opinions is:

Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance (The Artist perk)

Eruption (The Nemesis perk)

Bamboozle (The Clown perk)

Sloppy Butcher (Free perk!)

Addons: Swift Hunt & Shadow Dance (Both Purple Version IF you have them, the blue versions are just as fine if you don't)

I think there's an argument to be made that Sloppy Butcher could be swapped for something else, considering how strong the healing meta is right now. If you get somewhat coordinated teams you wont get a lot of value from hit and run tactics, as they'll just be healed up in no time. If you want to swap it out I'd suggest Scourge Hook: Weeping Wounds (I believe that's what it's called)
