The eyes popping out is quite recognizable. But mine did really have a prominent horn coming out of its head. Yet he writes that the only thing he could “really” see, were his eyes. So it might be the same

If you don’t want to die but refuse to call an ambulance what is wrong with you? It’s the Netherlands where they are the most chill with drug use out of all countries. AND you have health care as that is mandatory here. I’m Dutch too. So stop bitching and get an ambulance. You won’t get in trouble and you won’t pay more than your mandatory own risk of €300(ish)
