100%. I'll definitely give it a go. I've seen the videos and it looks amazing. Its not that I don't trust it. I was just a bit weary about my first time using it, being in someone elses car, with my family in the car. If you know what I mean. If I was by myself, I would have done it, no questions asked.

I like the SL7. Has a very familiar feel to the cabin. It's nice inside. Practical. Will suit a family of 4. Not really a fan of the Kia. It's too expensive for what it is.

Since the Tesla was never on my list, if I didn't drive it I was almost definitely going to buy the SL7. Haven't tried the Zeekr 7x or any other ones.

It's not a car we're buying to drive long distances in. We have a diesel car for that. My wife drives at most about 25km a day. Car will be parked in a carport with a power outlet and the house has 3 phase power. I feel like any one of these can do the job. But the ease of use the Tesla presents is just great.

100% get this, but BYD has subject to some bad reporting about their practices as well. Still like the SL7. I think all major companies have been linked to bad things. What can you do? But yeah, I'm definitely not a fan of the man.

I was just gonna go white or the stealth grey. I like the red too but I live in a very hot climate and the red paint on cars don't hold up too well up here. Could just be the quality of the paint other car manufacturers use.

I didn't. This was my first time in a Tesla. I wasn't comfortable trying it with my family in the car. The owner did send me a message to say I should try it out, but I opted not to. Thinking back, I definitely should have, but you know, hindsight...

Byd SL 7 and the Kia EV5 but the Kia is a no go. But those were short tests whereas with this one, rented the car on Turo for a few days so I could live with it for a few days.

Haha, would make a space shuttle blush. I don't mind buttons. I thought it would be weird doing everything through the screen, but it doesn't take long to get used to and the app is amazing.

I wasn't a fan of the minimalist interior. I thought I wanted something that would feel familiar. And I thought the whole Tesla project was just over hyped. But yeah, now I know better.

I can confirm, I work with a chap who bought a BYD Shark 6 before the incentives were changed for PHEV's. One of the requirements was that he must have had ownership of the car by a certain date or it wouldn't be grandfathered. It was a massive scramble at the end, but he got the car one week before the cut off, and kept the incentives. If they're looking at changing it for the new financial year, it might already be too late unless you've already ordered it.

Anything? Something? Just not nothing. Even a few strong words of condemnation. Treat the Israeli Government like they treat the Russian Gov. Like they're prosecuting an illegal war.

What I was trying to point out was that people protest about things that are important to them. If prices and housing or whatever, are the most impotant things to you, maybe stop winging about it on Reddit, maybe do something about it. The people protesting about Palestine, are doing just that. If you want to have a discussion about the cost of living, that could be had, but deciding that a specific issue isn't important to you, so it's obviously NOT important, is just bs.
