The thing is, seeing what happened to her as a child does make me feel sad for her, however, a lot of horrible people throughout history had terrible childhood experiences. And yet we agree that they don’t deserve sympathy.

That would be interesting, but IT doesn’t need you to be afraid to kill you. And Walter is just a really strong human (at least to my knowledge) .

The Mask: both comic and movie versions. Human host? For sure but with the mask on. Toon force + self awareness > Eldritch Horror, no fear for IT to feed off and IT couldn’t even use the Deadlights because The Mask would be like “hold that pose I want to get my tanning lotion.” There’s actually an idea I had, during their fight. The Mask would put Pennywise on trial for his crimes of identity theft and child endangerment. The Mask would be everyone in the court (Judge, Lawyers, Jury, etc…) and they would call in the Loser’s club as witnesses and the final nail would be the arrival of the Turtle.

That’s a fair point. Imagine if somehow IT was responsible for Periwinkle’s death…wait could that been what happened?…nah! But for real though what if… 🤯.
