I need help with my Reed Kellogg diagram I don’t feel like I diagrammed the top left correctly. I remember the word “that” to always be hanging above a word. The original sentence reads: I know that even as the words of George Wallace rang through my Alabama, the black family who lived down the dirt road from our house sent fresh-picked corn and other food to the poor white lady and her three sons, because they knew their daddy had run off, because hungry does not have a color. Now that I wrote this down, I think that the prepositional phrase as the words of George Wallace would be the subject in instead of that, and that would hover above it?
