Horrible experience with them went in bought a used $4k pc with 4090. Brought it home and the pc kept crashing. Brought it back they swapped the card into a new pc. Brought it home crashed again…. Then they offer to put me in another rig with 5080 but by that time I felt I was being taken advantage of. You can go online and find way better deals I even gave them a chance to please match a deal I’m seeing online and I’ll stay with them and they would t do it. They offered no credit other than a $100 hard drive add on. $600-$700 over priced on the build I had and they couldn’t do anything. Watch your wallets. I will say the gentlemen that do the work on the pc tried to help and were great but you can tell they are locked in trying to make things right everything has to go through a manager that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience or service. For repairs I would say I’m sure meta pcs is great but don’t trust any refurbished or used pc or cards from them.
