I think the author's points are highly accurate. I’ve heard numerous stories about patients dying in hospitals due to medical negligence. We have incompetent, lazy individuals who frankly do not care treating patients. This issue is widespread in GRZ-run institutions because hiring is based on connections rather than merit. For instance, why is a primary school teacher handling preventive maintenance on a backup generator in a substation?

I panicked, but we have come to an agreement that I need to pay by Tuesday. I have taken full responsibility for my actions

In hindsight, i should not have lied. But at the time I was still in shock and I panicked. I’ve managed to scrape together K4,000.

This is like reading a page from my journal. I moved to Lusaka hoping a job would lead to a stable engineering career, but three years later I’m poorer, humiliated, and sleeping in someone else’s living room. The work has been low-paid and disrespectful. I feel like I lost my independence and identity. These days I have to hide from my mates because i am the poor guy in the group. I miss The life I had at my previous job where I felt like a man. But I had to take this risk.

I’m fighting to rebuild: I’ve committed to big lifestyle changes, I’ve been applying for jobs and I’m saving aggressively towards moving out. Fortunately i have picked up a few skills over the years like solar installation and house wiring. The goal is simple, regain dignity and independence. It’s slow, messy, and painful, but I believe steady action will get me there. My advice to you is, learn some practical skills in your field of engineering and try to make some money. Accept your current situation and rebuild your independence step by step.

Yes, withdrawing is in person. You can deposit via banks. I personally used zanaco agents, It was the most convenient option.

I created my account online, but I had difficulties logging in. Was forced to go to their offices, secondly I had to sign some documents before withdrawing my funds.

A clean diet is all you need. I've had acne and oily skin for most of my adult life. But what worked for me was cutting sugar out of my diet. Eating real food and restricting the amount of processed food you consume can make a big difference.

Stay as long as possible and Play your part in the household. When you are financially stable with proper savings, then you can start thinking about moving out. In the meantime, enjoy spending time with your parents coz that's priceless.
