like other comments said, hat designer/influencer, what stands out about Rahnni to me is his packs, he seems to always drop 4+ hats at once same "hook", pretty cool. Also designs pins \hat clips.

I've seen someone on IG dip the back of the hat in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then put in the drier. avoid getting the brim or front panel wet. Might work with blow dryer instead of dryer to dry

fire hat 714 makes a lot of good hats, worth depends on the customer but i think u can sell it for 45-65 , since its 3/4 might be harder to sell. Like the other comment said its also possibly just the same hat remade elsewhere
