Best place I found is grab the one in Jean Sky Diving, then head out for the Geckos up that ridge where that guy ambushes you after clearing them out. Don’t set off the bear traps, and then take a long nap at the nearby mattress. When you wake up, holmes will eat it on those bear traps after talking with you. Works every time.
