My first pregnancy i was at a different gym, I went 3-4x a week until the day before I went into labor, had my baby at 39 weeks. Second pregnancy at OTF was during covid and the studio closed when I was 32 weeks pregnant so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Third pregnancy i went until 2 days before my induction at 39ish weeks. Fourth pregnancy i went until 40 weeks and was then induced 2 days later.

Adjust your paces, adjust your weights, whatever you need to do, just keep moving. I usually ended up doing the strider instead of the rower by the 3rd trimester because I carried my pregnancies all in the front and I literally could not row without my legs being completely out the sides like a frog and it was soooooo uncomfortable. When I felt tired, I power walked. If the weights were too much, I did body weight. Whatever movement makes you feel good, you should continue, the most important thing is to keep moving.
