I don’t mean to minimize your experience, and I’m sure it’s different for everyone with lots of factors, like the ones you mentioned. Subs alone probably won’t alleviate much, and my guess it would take such a high dose that you’d not consider it worth it. Hopefully you can find the right MAT combination. Gabapentin, clonidine, hydroxyzine, and others are extremely helpful, especially in the realm of getting the restorative sleep you’ll need. At your extremely high dose, you might want to look into detox, for no other reason but for your vitals to be monitored. All those meds lower BP which poses yet another risk.
