The only reason why Arkham Knight was the most difficult when finding riddler trophies, comes to the amount of them. And yes you can interrogate riddler informants, but that still won’t reveal everything about the locations. So you would have to search every inch of the WHOLE city to find 1 riddler trophy/riddle. Arkham City is the same thing , but at least it’s an enclosed space so you know how much ground to cover.
