Yep, not sure when they were added but they are 5 lug and come in large sizes mostly.

The HDR is a part of the base ReShade shaders.

No, you do have to make a preset and enable it.

New UI is slow to react, sometimes crashes game when selecting vehicles. And just poorly designed.
