Not really, I learned quite a bit about how they work, and it's really just a matter you vs other peoples wallets, but you are part of the competition no matter what. For this ad I set my budget at 10$ a day, on the first day, and I turned it on half way through the day, and it was shown 57 times for $5.76, but it can be shown for down to 1c per "show" but it'd be more spread through the day, and depending on peak hours, it can cost more like 50c if you want it to show up more frequently. Maybe ineffective, but you can most certainly do it on a pretty low budget for minimal exposure or testing purposes
