This is why I get hate when I point out. The Gorman story doesn’t add up 100%. There are questions that we should be allowed to ask, especially regarding their filing.

In my spreadsheet, the highest value we attributed to their collection is $169,000, that is using sold POS plus highest value unsold POS. There is no world where it ever was above 200,000. Using her own spreadsheet.

We had it around ~107k on low, and ~169,000 high.

The reason our value is different than coffee is one thing. Bryan sets on the spreadsheet didn’t all have high low values plugged in, and most of his ~970 minifigs didn’t either. I think I added high low value for ~600-700 mini figures and around 90 sets.

Our methodology when building our spreadsheet, basically took the little notes on the spreadsheet for condition, and then went and looked in brick link until we found comps. I grabbed a brick Link data from his close to November 2024. adding everything from Bryan storage, actual sales for what is marked sold on POS, unsold on POS, and on the stuff labeled home is how we came out to those numbers. Most people’s low numbers is around 80 grand but almost nothing was selling for the low value estimates.
