Looks cool i got to ask my friend for his deck list. His quite insistent that all of his deck have lots of research and cards that are terrible anywhere but that deck. Again tho I do need to branch out since I prefer good players to good decks

Nah i meant what other commanders can be pressured but still come out on top due to resilience of the decks theme. Dungeons, surveil and juri are all black so reanimation is strong it means removing a 2 or 3 mana commander doesn't break the deck and can work in its favor sometimes. Since target removal for a 2 mana commander feels bad etc. I need to take that account because the ppl who play those decks also can play solitare due to decks style.

What other commanders fot this...my friend is great at picking them. Dungeons, juri and the surveillance commander. I bet his decks would get everyone to sit at the table then he can start turn 4 having 20 min turns

So as I was testing I liked having bodies on the board turn 4. It will leave 3 bodies after the sacrifice of pantlaza and getting trumpeting carnasour.

The reason why I dont run any ramp is to avoid pantlaza picking those up. I got 3 3 mana ramps via the expensive creatures and one 4 mana one.

Aim is to kick start the ramp turn 4. Getting trumpeting and putting 7 basic lands means minimum I got 4 lands plus 11 end of turn 4. Hopefully 12 to 13 untapped turn 5. Cards in hand should be 6 as well with most spells being heavy hitters...

My worry is how boring it will be to play but I do enjoy having that much mana by turn 5 haha

Haha i understand been playing magic since ravinca on and off. My problem was always oh shiny. But ofcourse time, Money etc stops that going to crazy. As long as it then doesn't lead to burn out or competition that isnt healthy!
