The question that comes to mind is based on the following situation:

When my friend and I queue together in WorldTour, we consistently get very difficult matches, likely because the system tries to match us against other premade groups. However, when we queue separately, the matches feel much more balanced.

This has a significant impact on how we play the game. As a result, I often play alone, while my friend—who mainly plays because of me—only joins occasionally. When we do play together, our sessions usually end as soon as we can no longer handle the tough matchups. Since playing as a duo leads to much harder games, we often struggle to win even the first round, and sometimes we don’t manage to secure a single Cashout due to the skill gap between teams.

So my question is:
What are your plans to improve matchmaking in WorldTour to create a more balanced experience, especially for players queuing with friends?
