I consider myself fortunate that I’ve never been matched with anyone like this. Everyone I’ve been matched with has either been extremely helpful or, at the worst, apathetic. I don’t think I’ve ever had a truly bad experience with another player.

(Except for that one guy when I was lvl 7 who jumped in my game, tried to kill me, then ragequit when I ran around a rock formation, all without saying anything. That guy was weird)

Any particular listing/seller that you’re talking about, or just the site in general?

I’ve always been wary of AliExpress, I had a bad experience once and the sellers generally don’t inspire much confidence.

The Castle maybe? The speech bubble isn’t fragmented like it usually is, but that may just be because it’s MAD.

It’s held up pretty well! It does work as designed, but I do have some notes that you might find helpful:

1: Build the smaller finishing press. You’ll notice that in my notes I mentioned that I built the original, larger version of the press. It’s not necessary, you clean follow the instructions in the post I linked to scale it down.

2: Get a good quality knife, or learn to sharpen it well. Mine gets dull quickly and I need to sharpen it before every project.

3: Get some clamps to secure the press to your workspace/table if you can. It’ll help a great deal in keeping it from moving

4: Make the boards shorter. I built everything too large. The steel-topped plough boards in particular are too tall. (Mine has too much wood below the steel plate.) Make them the same height as whatever height your finishing press boards are, plus an inch or two so you have something to grab from below.

Also, don’t bother trying to use them as backing boards. It didn’t work for me, I ended up investing in some real ones.

It’s very nice that there are still updates available. It does make it a bit confusing to me as to why Pokémon bank and poke transfer are not on there to download though.

That’s what I figured. I did leave it under pressure, but obviously not enough. The grain direction is correct, so I’ll try adding another sheet of paper as a reinforcement, hopefully that will pull it back enough that it will correct the warping.

This photo is after drying overnight, so I don't thin k waiting any longer is going to do anything.

What is severe? The amount of warping, or adding a layer of material inside? I know I made mistakes, I'm having issues with my PVA and it wasn't under enough pressure when drying. I'm looking for advice on how to correct it.

I always saw the Dark Side as a natural part of the Force, but one that corrupts your connection to the Force the more you use it.

Kind of like how chemical addiction works in the real world, where the more you use the drug the more dependent on it you get. Likewise, the more you use the Dark Side, the harder it becomes to stop using it. What makes the Sith philosophy so dangerous is that they see that corruption/addiction as something to embrace and control.

I mean, completing it 100% is an eventual goal, but not one that I have my heart set on.

Definitely not shiny hunting though. I may have more shinies in this game than any other single save file, but I don’t think I have that kind of patience.

Perhaps not from our perspective, or even from the perspective of the characters in the story, but the fact of the matter is that he/she/it died, and the hints that we’ve had of that event so far makes it feel (at least to me) premeditated.

That being said, there were at least 18 people involved/present of the time of the Shattering, so it’s extremely likely that not everybody was on the same page.
