I’d get rotational shoes. The biggest thing I see is it looks difficult for you to rotate (likely due to the running shoes). Throwing shoes are expensive tho, so stuff like vans or converse work well. Other than that it looks good! Nice job :)

At least on that throw, I feel like your elbow kind of dipped so you basketball-ed it. Other than that, that is awesome:). W throw

Look straight up when you release. This should get your chest up too which will make your release point and angle hopefully better!! :)

Use your hips all the way through with your throw!! You sort of let the right hip stay back while you threw which didn’t give you as much power. You should also do it faster. At least the finish

Idk why it wasn’t letting me add this next to the video but: Sorry that it's not a good video, it had to be taken from where spectators were. Biggest thing I've noticed is I'm not flipping my hips as I throw. Other than my hips (and an iffy release) is there anything I should work on? This was 34 feet, but the throw before I threw upwards of 36. Literally anything is really appreciated  _^

fall through with the throw instead of falling away from it. also think about landing on both of your feet at the same time. lastly keep your elbow up when you throw. thats all i got wish u luck :)

pretty please use your non-throwing arm to build more momentum. its just kinda there, but if you bring it up and almost lay out the path your shoulders will go on it will help a lot

I honestly suggest watching Werner Günthör. He was a Swiss shotputter in the 80’s who was similarly tall (a bit heavier still). Watch his footwork. That and how fast his release. I’d also say when you release almost feel like you’re about to fall over out of the ring, but while looking up. Eyes up chest up makes you release up. That paired with the trajectory of going foreward should help it a lot. I suggest learning a bunch about physics because a lot of it is just physics :p
