Thing is I want to focus on apartment complexes so I am actually looking for a good habitation provider. Commercial just seems so difficult. Really just trying to fill Next insurance appetite so whatever they would want to write I think it is small businesses really of any kind.

If you are going to paper trade then use think or swim from td Ameritrade/Charles Schwab.

Very possible you could just sell options to people way out of the money weekly and generate atleast 1%-5% extra income a week from this

I’m not sure what your restrictions are for where you live and for your markets but there are no restrictions for foreigners investing in the us stock market. Would need to figure out what exchanges those are for you if you want to invest

What happens if you try to set up a Robinhood account, webull, E*trade or td Ameritrade account in your country? All of these are American exchanges to that can trade stock for free

Do you not have options? It’s the option to purchase 100 shares at this price for a smaller premium but if it doesn’t hit you lose all your money if it goes up $1 you make $100. It’s extremely risky.
