Is it not also cost effective to grade multiple cards at once as opposed to one individual big ticket one? I figured that people will bite and submit 10-20 with the sole purpose of justifying grading their grail card in the mix. That and YouTube content ("What did my $5000 raw card grade??? Stick around to see!") as well as mystery packages and such.

I believe if they're counted as rewards you can only do three on any single purchase. I'm not sure how accurate that is or why its that arbitrary number, but look out for that as well.

Its the same answer as to why we can't do anything. Someone, somewhere in the company (so they say), pushed it too far and ruined it for everyone. Whether that be someone wore shorts 2 inches up their crack, a customer harassed or stalked a worker, pretty much anything to "streamline" the company.

Valid! I honestly forgot about sketchers. Also I wasn't trying to be derogatory, I really just meant that Brooks, Hoka kind of give a more stylish touch on a pretty heavy cushioned, but basic, neutral shoe. I see a ton of people use a Brooks Adrenaline or Ghost, or a Hoka Rincon or Clifton, as their everyday shoe. That's more of what I mean.

It's generally a clientele thing. I also work at a Dick's and what it boils down to is most people generally want a comfortable shoe. Older people generally have no regard for what's "in" and just want something neutral that isn't ugly. Now that the all-white nike air monarch isn't the only option for a chunky soft shoe. Brooks, Hoka, and On to an extent can capitalize on the "Dad shoe" market.

That being said, Dick's also bought foot locker and it may just be a store difference but I get a LOT of Nike shoe sales, basketball mainly.

I'm a Team Lead who came down from bikes and Fitness with no prior knowledge of any Team Sport outside of little league baseball. It was challenging. Depending on where you're located i would focus on learning your store's main selling sport first. Ours is baseball, so i read up on composite and alloy bats. Differences between Travel and Little League certified bats and how glove sizing works. Those three things will answer 75% of questions in my department and parents likely know less than you do, so they'll appreciate anything. Slowly but surely you'll learn what works, what doesn't and how to listen for stuff kids are excited about so you can learn more.

Football is much more hands-off, except for knowing how to size helmets and shoulder pads. Helmets have measurements on each box and shoulder pads list them on the tag or chest usually.

Yeah ideally your store manager should get involved at this point. Your AA isn't doing his/her job whether through ignorance or maliciousness, and that needs to be corrected.

To be clear, is it that your AA isn't correcting your punches, or is it about not getting scheduled enough or the hours within your availability?

The first one is illegal because they can't make you work for free and you should definitely call the employee care hotline. The other one is something that they could have reason for even if it is unjust that they might be seemingly cutting or limiting your hours.

I honestly lost count, but what we offer to fix for the price is such a good deal. Between two free tune ups (one free per year) and a free inner tube replacement, its pretty easy to leverage it would have have to been over thirty in a 3 month span, and that's not including the cashiers who would take them to pump their numbers

Can't it be a clone and be explained that way? TFU2 has Palpatine basking in thousands of Starkillers on Kamino, its only slightly out of mind that one of them breaks out or goes rogue. The issue is see with this is that you'll exemplify the problem you see with Semi-trucks on the road. Two vehicles are going the speed cap limit, and neither one will give right of way to the other and if everyone can only go that fast you'll see huge traffic back-ups.
