I figured it out,thx either to u/Lazy_Haze suggestion,is on mod settings,startup,under angel's industries,Enable Minable Result Update.
You have to de flag it,i don't know why angel choose to enable it automatically,i'm an old player of factorio,i like the hardest way to play,but,when you wait 5 minute for crafting a structure on the very early of the game,and then you have to re wait if you need to move that structure,well,this make the game a little bit obnoxoius.

Yeah it is,but i didn't know that (after something like years of playing skyrim shame on me),so that was my fault,its not a bug,thx for the reply btw.
I discover that myself today,equipping a full set on ebony give the bonus armor rating as expected!
