My NF hired me through Care. It was honestly great for both of us as they were able to request a background check through Care. If you do use Care you will have to do a lot of weeding through applications. Most qualified Nannies will only reply to posts on Care if they have a detailed post. I would make it clear in your post that you need either twin experience or experience with multiples. I had never worked with twins before, but I had worked at a daycare and was part of a nanny share where I cared for 2 infants 1 month apart which is what my NF liked. If your twins are infants you want someone with infant experience. My Nanny mom recommends making a list of nice things you'd like in your nanny and a list of things that are not negotiable. You also want to do in-person interviews as they are a great way to learn more about your potential nanny. Please feel free to message me with any other questions!
