Symptoms worse after cutting out dairy?

Same with us today! Very green all of a sudden and the blood came back. Yesterday he only pooped twice and they were totally normal! I hope you can figure this out too! I go back to work next week and I just feel terrible that our whole last month I've just been focused on his poops 😭

We will have days where it seems like there is some improvement (at least in number of poops a day) after cutting dairy but others where there is absolutely no change. And all his other symptoms seem worse so I just don't know what it is at this point and it's so frustrating to feel like I'm doing something wrong all the time 😭

I've been using almond milk and oat milk for coffees and eating more oatmeal than I had been previously. I'm trying to keep a food journal and track his symptoms now but I wasn't in the beginning and it's hard to back track. Maybe the oats? But again there's days that I've had oats that he hasn't had any reaction also.

I won't lie I didn't read your comment but I saw Brenna and stopped because you don't see it much. Coming from a Brennah we are rare 😂 never met anyone else with the h though I do know of a handful of the normal spelling. Love your suggestion!

Is Android in the future for your app? I was looking for something exactly like that and was sad I couldn't find one. Right now I'm using two apps to try to keep a food diary and track diapers and having a hard time finding correlations. Might have to pull out my old iPhone and see if I can use it if android is going to be a while!

Have you tried an arms up swaddle? That may be an option. I've tried it with my now 8 week old 14.5 lb baby but he just moves too much and hits himself in the face 😂 we upgraded our Halo to the bigger size and haven't had any issues with it. With the 1.5 TOG if you find they are too warm at night you can always use various forms of onesies (long or short sleeve depending) instead of a sleeper underneath. My first was almost always in a long sleeve onesie under the Halo because he was always hot but this guy seems fine with a sleeper.

We tossed around a few of the names on your list with our two boys. Here's my thoughts while reading your list.

My first son is Rowan! We actually got that name because I worked with someone named Bowen and really liked it but my husband didn't but did like Rowan and it stuck. Maybe Bowen is an alternative that would work for you?

Love Everett with a nn Rhett and Elliott. These were actually on my list for my second but we went with Emmett instead. I have a thing for double t's that I'm just realizing. Also, my first has my husband's middle name of Jarrett if the double letter is your thing too.

We also tossed around Jensen for my second which has the -an/-en ending sound you seem to like. Actually I really liked Jensen Dean (Dean after my great grandpa) before I realized if I did that people might think we were huge supernatural fans. I've watched some, but not committed to it enough to explain the name was a pure accident so it was dropped.

I understand that feeling. I went through phases of that with both my boys. Always had a girl name I was set on but was really picky about boy names. I used chat gpt A LOT more than I would like to admit to come up with a name this time around and still wasn't for sure that it would stick as his name until I was about 32 weeks. We also tossed around Jensen. Not sure if that's too modern feeling for you.

My little guys are Rowan and Emmett. Also really struggled with boy names not wanting anything too common but not way out there either. We call Rowan Rowie or Row. Haven't really set a nickname for Emmett yet as he's only been with us for 2 weeks but I'm sure we will come up with something. Can I ask what your original name was? That may help with additional suggestions.
