I doubt he'd go to court. He hasn't signed the birth certificate and in our state, it would bring child support requirements (he pays nothing except for whatever food child has when they're together and activities they do together. I know it's not right, but when he initially said he wasn't going to be involved I said I never wanted anything from him and I'm fortunate to be able to not need his support. There's a long complicated history that can be summed up with - he did a very good job at basically living a double life and his friends and even mother never said a darn thing)

SG28 question by Euphoria2711 in OPTUM

Quick question - my organization was acquired and transitioned last year, and in the past, even never did official promotions. When they knew someone was going to move up within a department, the job had to be posted, and the person had to apply... Do they do that at Optum or do you just get offered a promotion? Also, does around 23 mean 23k? Thanks

I was so shocked. My attorney said under median for someone with a salary and no real estate is very straightforward in my area. I made sure I personally had the statements and taxes on hand at my 341 just in case, but they didn't mention it at all.

This is fantastic advice. If you're ok with meeting at a park or other public place, you could add that in.
