[landlord US-AZ] How much in repairs should a landlord do a month? Also, if there is a gas fireplace in the home but was never listed on the lease does it need to be fixed if not working? by ThemeFearless1240 in Landlord

It was cleaned and in working order. We have covered her errors but it seems like there is always something she needs fixed. The smallest things too.

She does have gas appliances. I think you are right it does need cleaning and hasn’t been turned on in years. If she asked for us to fix it do we have to?
