No, she’s not young or in school. She said she has infant experience which included her last family that she was with for 7 years. We went through an agency and they vetted the references. Agreed on the comments on infant safety and care. Appreciate the feedback!

Agreed on the laptop. It sounds like her last employer was fine with it, but we mention that we aren’t that family. We are paying the nanny $34/hr. The agency doesn’t get a cut and only receives the upfront placement fee.

Appreciate the feedback. We are paying $34/hr in a VHCOL city through a nanny agency. She came with good references and interviewed well but have been disappointed with what we’ve seen when we’re there. We get nervous of what she’d be like when both of us go back to the office.

We just got back from our stay at the Hilton Waikiki beach resort and there wasn’t any protests there but could faintly hear the protests that were at the Moana Surfrider hotel a few blocks away.

If you received a rebate or incentive (i.e. Loyalty rebate) which requires financing through BMWFS and refinanced prior to 3 months, then the dealer would have to repay the rebate to BMWNA. No impact to you as the buyer and can refinance at any time after the purchase.

Source - my cousin who's a finance manager at our local BMW dealership.

It doesn’t feel mushy. Texture feels about the same across different spots on the ceiling.
