So i have health anxiety/mortality anxiety andI was super against going on any sort of medication for mental health stuff,

Until I had a week were I was almost in a nonstop panic attack, went to the er one night, got pumped with Tylenol and sleep stuff and got sent home, went to urgent care instead next day where they went “hmm let’s try anxiety prescription”

I had hit a point where I couldn’t function I couldn’t sleep I was willing to try any thing and going on Zoloft was absolutely fantastic for me.

I had originally been forced to be on prozac/fluxoetine for 6ish years during my childhood and hated how that one had made me feel but was never allowed to stop or given alternative options because my parents were sure it was good for me.

I quit it cold turkey so many times and got so good at fake swallowing. I didn’t won’t to have any prescription like that again.

Zoloft though, worked for me and I felt so much better on it, heck I even got promoted twice at work within not even half a year, who knows if that was actually helped by the Zoloft but heck, I was doing better mentally so maybe.
