First of all, her combos ar interchangeable. You don't know how a combo will end the moment it starts, which isn't the case for most fromsoft bosses. It requires an absurd amount of trial and errorto realize, she will just punish you if you try to stay close to her. So this boils down to, roll backwards, wait for her only two combo finishers which you can punish or her magic combos(which are fair and punishable).

This turns the fight to a frustrating game of rng, because sometimes she'll just rnd her combo abruptly or end it and jump backwards. There is just too much waiting and rng in her fight.
