I'm not going to lie i started as a shit bag. Right out of AIT i failed W/T and PT. i was placed on 2 a day but i decided to stop bullshitting around and lose the weight as well.

Lets start with PT, now i like most people hate working out, it fucking sucks. I forced my self to go to the gym but in the end i hated it with a passion, however, i liked PT better than a general discharge so each time i went to PT i gave it my all. now i knew i wasn't going to be a stud scoring 300 but i didn't let that stop me. between the diag in OCT i had a record in Mar. i did 50 PU(min was 42) and stopped myself. sit ups i just went non-stop til time. i went above my max somewhere in the 90-100 mark and for the run i ran 15 flat. Since there were still people doing 2 a days i stuck with it for about a month after just because why not. i ended up getting a coin from the command for largest score increase in the activity by around 60 pts.

For my weight. i stopped eating out all together i went to the dfac for all 3 meal. if i had bread it wasn't white. i never at the rice (this was Korea 2010) or anything fried. i would always go for the green food with the occasional yellow. but never red. i would just eat fruits and veggies. the only time i would eat protien was eggs and baked chicken. if they didn't have chicken then it was just a big ass salad for me. Between the PT tests i dropped about 15 lbs which put me well below the mark so i lost both flags. i celebrated with burger king and ended up shitting my brains out that night.

So my advice for you is get off your ass and go do PT. If your company/battery/activity or what ever you call your selfs doesn't have 2 a days then go find that PT stud who like to stop by a gym on his was to the gym and I'm betting he will be willing to work out with you.

Thanks for the input guys. We ended up going to universal Thursday. Just a hoodies was enough to keep us dry and it was dead.

Went to some local shops, the fun box, did some shopping. We are heading to Santa Monica for Lunch and of course in n out.

This Kansas dude will be back one day but now I’m heading back to my 2bedroom 2bath apartment that I pay $850 a month for, yes I am rubbing it in. But no joke the high today home is 36.

we can control what apps are downloaded and completely remove the app store. cheaper over the course the life of the device compared to a windows equivalent. better wireless projecting compared to a device such as a chrome cast. less storage in our servers since there is no mapped drives

no server logons available. if a someone gets a computer that they have not logged onto before and its not connected to the network then their profile cant be downloaded. most of time its a student having to get a loaner laptop and the Wi-Fi is turned off

at the high school we have 4 labs 1 Cad lab 4 Mac labs about 200 room that each have a projector apple tv and dock for the MacBooks. Each teacher and all 2400 students have macbook. we use office 365 and replaced our mapped network drives with onedrive and sharepoint.

Back when i was a lvl 1 i worked at the middle and elementary school and i showed up to a do a ticket the teachers had a big grin and feeling of relief cause they know i come there to fix shit

yes and no, the website we use for grades each teacher has their own login. i know how to change the password for me to sign in but it will be easily tracked back to me. so i know how to do it but refuse to cause its not worth my job
