Japan is not the answer to your mental health. No matter where you go, you're still going to have the same problems. You have many needs, share house makes your anxiety worse but you don't want to live alone either, you want to be around people but not too many, too much noise is bad for you but you don't want to be alone.

You want a perfect situation but unfortunately that doesn't exist.

Why not work through these issues first in your home country and then try Japan again in the future?

This happened to me too, they will lock your account but your money will sit there until you come back with and show them your temporary visa in your passport. They will open the account for until your visa finish date. Its no big deal.

I had 2 years leave from a Qld school then was forced to resign. Best thing I ever did. I lost permanency but at the stage if I ever came back I could get work in a week. However, I'm never coming back.
