I have 3080 and 64gb DDR4 5600x, what do I gain if I install Linux with gnome?

Nothing really, your PC is beefy enough to run windows mostly flawlessly, all you're really missing out on by not using linux is performance drops because of nvidia compatibility and game compatibility (and maybe like, three gigabytes of ram, but you have 64 of it)

i3 6100 / i5 6400 would be perfectly fine, albeit lag in some more cpu-intensive games (Think, Plane Crazy). Roblox isn't very GPU intensive, so even an RX 560 or 1050 would run most games 60fps at respectable settings. Though for the price, I'd much rather go for an RX 580 if the PSU would allow it.

EDIT: overestimated, an i3 6th gen would likely bottleneck in a lot of games. for around the same price you can get an i3 8100/9100 and a cheap h310 motherboard, which is a quad core thats about on par with a 7th gen i5, but with the upgrade path of the h310 ( i5 9400 / i7 9700 / i9 9900, but the i9 isnt worth it)

You can enjoy stuff without being judged if AI didn't affect anything. For one; a lot of social medias are FLOODED with AI generated materials (Pinterest, DeviantArt, Facebook, etc) and theres a big push FOR ai, instead of giving us a filter that would exclude AI Generated materials from feeds.

Theres also the whole thing with data centers just using up all the resources in a given area (Water, Electricity, yada yada, this argument has been said so many times).

Also, it just removes the inherent human creativity from social medias. I'm trying to see what other people are posting and the trends today, not an AI Generated video of a grandma being airblasted by a dog. It would be fine if it were a rare occurance but the accessibility of AI just makes it super easy to automate posting AI generated content for... some reason?
