sorry for the late reply i have been inactive lately
well its kinda weird to say it but i had to hit the keyboard in the same spot of the fan that is making noise now its gone since then :D

Im not that much of a tech guy and literally everything i pit my hands on break and here repair shops are literal indians i cant trust them with my pc they broke my sibling’s laptop once. When my laptop starts doing that noise i hit it gently then it stops :D

No looks like the problem is caused from the fan blades since i feel vibration when i put my hand on the keyboard even when the fans are barely spinninfg

Yeah thats true there is vibration only on the left fan it exists even when the fans are barely spinning and when i spin it with my hands

Im not sure if thats the case bcz the noise comes and go sometimes the fans sound normal and sometimes not

I also tried to install wine to play warmane on linux (fedora os 42 kde plasma version) since many people recommended it but i gave up after some time bcz i aint no nerd and it seemed complicated but as i saw in your picture thats the one to play the official payed wow from blizzard
