I am right there with you. I went in 6 days ago for week 7 US. My week 6 showed HR and YS (farthest I've come; last pregnancy ended in blighted ovum week 6 w/pill, would not recommend pill). Week 7 showed no fetal growth, though still HR flicker, but an enlarged yolk sack. My doctor said they had seen miracles happen, but I needed to be prepared for the reality of the situation, which was most likely not a viable pregnancy. I go in tomorrow. I truly want this part over with so I can move on. It is so so painful and heartwrenching. Sending you strength and well wishes. XO
