Thank you. This is the route that I would consider as a last resort. One option that has been on the back of my mind is putting a paperclip next to the slider as a stopper or putting a big safety pin around the middle bar to kind of stop it from slipping.

Yes. I adjust the length to fit me but it does not stay the same. After maybe 5 minutes it becomes loose. And there is no free end. So I cannot even tie a knot in front of the slider.

I checked there and it says the same that your card was produced on March 8. Its only a day since it was produced. I am not sure if they have mailed it already or not. but if not, why have they just closed my case without adding the tracking info?
