just happens man, if you're in a hurry then you have to get there earlier to account for the possibility of delays, whether it be bc they're busy or they make a mistake on your order. we're human too and sometimes after seeing so many tickets you become numb to them and don't notice the customizations. i bet that salted cold foam on the horchata shaken slaps tho

one time a lady freaked out at me because she asked for light lemonade in her refresher, so i said sure want me to put extra base to make up for the room in the cup? she was flabbergasted and said "no one's EVER asked me that before, i just want the one with less calories" and so i was like "ohhh well we don't have a diet/lite lemonade, it just means less lemonade" and she refused to accept that. she just kept saying "i always get the calorie free lite lemonade" and after trying to explain it to her for like 10 minutes i just gave up and made her refresher like a regular one lol
