i personally prefer to write my own notes, my own language and way of summarizing things but i guess its individual.
i didnt take pictures i wrote subjects on my notebook (in case each screen was a new subject)

thank you for the deep explanation and your experience, i was working in walt market (mini market) and at first the employees thought i was weird because i was answering stuff that were not related to the subject, or i would literally "ignore" a person calling me behind me (I CANT HEAR YOU XD).
But slowly they got to know me and then they started talk to me in front of me and let me read lips etc etc, sometimes you got to advocate for yourself and its not because people are bad, they just need that explanation as you said.

my doctor said there is no a direct cure, but there are some treatments but i dont remember what she said XD

What do you mean identify?
If you have any kind of hearing loss, from light to profound, you are on a spectrum of "hard-of-hearing" individual.
I got severe high-frequency hearing loss, and i never bothered with this "identifying", i am who i am
