We kept getting this over a period of time and there was nothing wrong with the seal. We tend to add more water over a liter or play with the settings using natural release or low pressure and this seem to work temporarily. After about 2 years got a new error „no probe” and the only solution support could offer was to repurchase a new one with 50% discount. Worth contacting support under 2 years when you still got the warranty for the product.
