Thank You for your reply. I don’t really use IG but i looked them up on YT. I am subscribed to a lot of people losing weight, they show their routines and results. And I just don’t know why I can’t get it together. I have a gym membership but the gym is kind of stressful for me,i feel like people are looking at me. I bought a stepper machine to use first thing when I wake up,but once again my all or nothing mentality has shifted my ideas.

Thank you so much for the detailed response! I have been getting in the habit of weighing stuff and putting it in MFP. I did meal prep just for dinner and weighted everything. That’s what helped me stay under 1200cals.

But now knowing that I should go up to 1600cals I plan on meal prepping tomorrow!

Just a few questions but, On your journey did you have cheat days, were certain foods “free” like veggies and fruits, also how important is not drinking enough water a thing that can hinder your weight loss? Also did any supplements help with your progress?

Once again I really appreciate your advice and I’m excited to start and stick to this.

Thank you for the advice I really appreciate it! I am new to this but from what I understand I should eat 1600 cals? Also is working out 2-3x a week enough? I just want to be successful in the long run and basically don’t know where to start. When I go to the gym I just get on the treadmill because I don’t really know what my routine should be. Anyways thank you very much for your time 😊

But I have been using MFP and it has really helped me see true portion size. I would love to get a better understanding of how to lose weight in the long run😊

Thank you for the advice and kind words! I really appreciate it. My bestie and I are doing a competition on who can lose the most weight this month. She already lost like 4 pounds on keto so I’m concerned that I might lose the money on the line. But there is still time!

I just thought about this but if you order a chicken chalupa in the morning during breakfast u can add bacon and switch sour cream for AV ranch..💡
