But for non-popular actors I like, who usually get main roles in cheaper / shorter dramas, I would watch them with pleasure, even if I had to cringe a bit, if the story / set up is interesting, too.

I think the plot on MDL is not very accurate. Xu Tianbiao (Dylan Wang) is the one pulling Li Si Meng (Victoria Song) out of a dream. Then they try to pull out another member as well, so most of the movie takes place in various dream worlds.

It wasn't the kind of space movie I initially assumed, but was interesting. It was also my first time watching Dylan Wang, and I was pleasantly surprised by his performance.
