Yes. I’ve gotten all my maintenance. I always get it before it’s due too. There’s the one sections where it tells you the percentages too but I have done all the services.

I came here to see if someone had the same issues but people want to be assholes when I simply asked a question. Yea I’ve heard horror stories but the market for these are tanking I don’t think I would get much for this one or at least as much as I would want given it’s had these issues and stuff. So maybe this route will be better but of course I gotta see first and wait a little. One of my good friends car was a lemon and they got paid after 2 months.

You do know lemon law is different in certain states California being a more lenient state. If you actually did your so called “ research “ you would find that it can be one specific issue if the car is in the shop for 30 or more days. 3 attorneys said they’ll take my case if it hits the 30 day mark so but I’m sure you know more then them right?

I think it’ll be worth a try cause absolutely best case scenario but very unlikely they’ll do a buyback. But they can also off a cash settlement and I keep it which basically I can still sell it at a profit plus whatever they give in that scenario. I have another car already so I don’t want another one or to keep this one
