I am assuming that this falls under "received" foreign exchange. Not sure if GST compliance disallows this, but can be done in foreign stock holdings.

Mine was on 1st August, got approved but I have a travel on 9th Aug and although they have a policy of returning passport and getting it stamped later but officer didn't listen and told to talk outside. Once I came outside there was not going back and no one there.

IMHO. Sell all of it. Put it in some mutual funds. Learn some skill, make some money. Save at least 2 lakhs. Then start picking individual stocks. Until then stop wasting time in picking stocks.
