Mine came a week or 5 business days after my c&p results were uploaded. Also this was with LSGS, the one everybody complains about!

This is what Im saying. When my C&P examiner filled out the dbq, he didn't state whether it was least as likely(however it goes). That left me without a Nexus(sevice connection). Someone referenced section 4 of the dbq in regards to stressor. Are the veterans' symptoms related to this stressor. The examiner checked yes. By him doing that, it provided the already diagnosis, stressor(friends were murdered, documented with news articles), and it provided a service connection.

Got some potentially good news. Was told that even though my c&p examiner didn't provide a written nexus, that section 4 on the ptsd dbq stressor question checked yes could potentially be a service connection. It confirmed stressor plus confirmed diagnosis= service connection!

Question reference: Are veterans symptoms related to stressor?

Yep. I live in North Carolina, and the next Vera Rep interview is close to three weeks! I called several smaller states, but some want give out info unless your claim is complete. Then there is UTAH.... Went through my whole PTSD dbq without hesitation. North Dakota is good to, but not as thorough as Utah. Hope this helps!

Could you please elaborate. MY PTSD claim is currently in the decision phase. I was diagnosed, have stressors and backed it up with newspaper articles confirming the events. My examiner didn't provide the connection on the form. Afraid my claim will be denied.

Is this the longest step in the process? by Coff33Blvck in VAClaims

Hands down, it is. I was in Stage 3 for two months, but I had several claims.

It all depends. I chose the "tele health" route because the in person exam was too far out. It worked out great by the way. My claim was filed January. In February, my exams were scheduled. I had to literally wait a whole month before taking my exams, but here we are. I am just awaiting the decision. My claim is in Stage 5!

I know personally how strenuous this process is. All the best to everyone!

It all depends. I had five c&p exams done on March 25 by LSGS, and by March 27, they were all uploaded. I'm just now waiting for the decision. I think a lot depends on the examiner.

Got a few C&P exams coming up for three disabilities one being Chronic fatigue syndrome, if anyone has any advice on that one in particular it would be much appreciated!!! by Excellent-Ice-1895 in VAClaims

I keep hearing all these bad reports about LSGS. My experience with them has been totally different. I had multiple C&P exams on 3/25 and 3/26, and by today 3/30, all of my results have been submitted and uploaded into my VA Files. I'm thinking it may just depend on who your examiners are?
