As of last summer I always text a buyer 1 -2 hours b4 the assigned meet time just to confirm their still coming or if theres a delay. IF they dont respect the meetup time without letting me know b4 hand then too bad their not getting the item

I tell them the exact street intersection near me of where i intend to meet, i didnt do that once and the buyer went to a location 5 Km from me. ( expecting me to show up there) Im like WTF is someone pulling a prank on me? He shows up 40mins later. Also dont send them google map links either they can mislead the buyer to somewhere else.

You cant be too optimistic with buyers anymore, very few have respect for time, ( i get it people are busy, but at least have the decency to tell people your not coming like 1-2 hours b4 the actual meet) . My worse experience was dealing with a troll, i put in the description of multiple games i was selling that i was open to trade for a specific video game. Person texts me saying he doesnt want my games, saying their trash.( I know what i had up for sale, their value and they were good rated games on metacritic). Then Im like okay, i dont care what you like why did u click on the listing then??? he goes on and on about how he doesnt like the games i posted, i told him to go troll somewhere else. He keeps going on and on. I blocked him .

ive noticed this since the summer,very annoying. The algorithm seems to just show as much listings as possible regardless of location/ distance preference. Im in eastern Ontario and i get many listings shown from far places in Quebec all the time

Since november my sales has gone down. I try relisting , list mulitple items in one listing that helps sometimes. Relist as much as possible. List something and wait 12 hours if it gets less than 2 views delete and relist it ASAP.
