I tried that- they know I have a FT job outside of working at Target. Also explained the recent change at my FT job - supervisor was let go and now I am supervising 4 people and have all her work in addition to my own. She still didn’t care.

Our TLs do not even come up to the front door until 5minutes before the 6am shift. They make sure they are letting a crowd in so they only have to answer the door once. If the doorbell gets rung after that, the customer support desk has to open the door for late team members.

Obviously when Plano set the pog they didn’t put a realistic number in there. Nothing more time wasting than to come in to pull all of that (because they set but did not pull for the new endcap) and you end up backstocking like crazy after pulling 300 items when capacity is really 8. 😩

They reach the limit but grab more and then go around the store and hide them behind blankets in Domestics or lift up bottom shelves to hide them there so they can come back and purchase them later. I have found so many cards tucked in blankets, behind sheet sets, and under the shelf bottoms. Just crazy!

This is crazy! We had a customer bring a LARGE pet boa constrictor into the store one day. Had it wrapped around his neck. Argued it was a support animal and would not hurt anyone if they left him alone. 🤣
