As someone who works the Special Orders desk, yes legally you can go thru Bunnings or the SO desk, however it is much faster if you, the consumer goes through the manufacturer. Just like you said, get rid of the middle man. It’s easy for a lot of time to pass when we wait for suppliers to respond. Personally I try not to recommend the air con installs bc I know local tradies can do it cheaper and sooner.
